घटक द्रव्य-शुद्ध पारद, शुद्ध गन्धक-४०-४० ग्राम,

भस्म २० ग्राम । शुद्ध कपूर, बंग भस्म और लौह भस्म - तीनों १०-१०

ग्राम और ताम्र भस्म ५ ग्राम । विधारा की जड़, जीरा, विदारीकन्द,

शतावरी, तालमखाना, बला कीजड़, कौंच के छिलका रहित बीज, अतीस,

जावित्री, जायफल, लौंग, भांग के बीज, अजवायन और सफेद राल-सब

निर्माण विधि-भस्मों सहित पारद व गन्धक को खरल में डाल कर इतनी घुटाई करें कि सभी मिल कर एक जान हो जाएं। विधारा की द्रव्य ३-३ ग्राम। जड़ आदि सभी द्रव्यों को अलग अलग कूट पीस कर छान कर खूब महीन चूर्ण कर लें और सभी भस्मों को मिला कर खूब घुटाई करें ताकि सभी द्रव्य मिल कर एक जान हो जाएं। अन्त में जल का छींटा मार कर

थोड़ी घुटाई करें और २-२ रत्ती की गोलियां बना कर सुखा लें। बिल्कुल

सूख जाएं तब शीशी में भर लें।

मात्रा और सेवन विधि- एक गिलास दूध खूब उबाल कर गाढ़ा करें। इसे कुनकुना गर्म रहे इतना ठण्डा करके मन्मथ रस की १-१ गोली, सुबह व रात को सोने से पहले, साथ में दिव्य रसायन वटी की १-१ गोली लें और दूध पी लें। मधुमेह या बहुमूत्र के रोगी और मोटे व्यक्ति दूध फीका लें, अन्य व्यक्ति मीठा दूध लें।

उपयोग - जैसा कि इस योग के नाम से ही प्रकट होता है, यह योग, काम शक्ति बढ़ाने वाला एक उत्तम योग है। मन्मथ नाम है कामदेव का क्योंकि काम-भावना मन को मथने वाली होती है। काम- भावना मन से ही उत्पन्न और संचालित होती है इसलिए कामदेव का एक नाम 'मनोज' (मन का ओज या मन से उत्पन्न होने वाला) भी है। इस तरह मन्मथ का मतलब हआ कामदेव और रस का मतलब आयुर्वेद शास्त्र  सर्वधातूनारस इत्यभिधीयते। ज़रारुङमृत्युनाशाय रस्यते वारसो मतः ॥
